Refund Policy

We want every Kurus Core guide to be worth more than you paid for it. If it isn’t, we’ll refund you.

The 30-day promise

If you buy one of our digital guides, work through it, and feel it didn’t deliver what was promised, email us within 30 daysof purchase and we’ll issue a full refund. You don’t need a complicated reason — if it wasn’t right for you, that’s enough.

How to request a refund

Email contact@kuruscore.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number or the email receipt. We aim to reply within 2–3 business days and process approved refunds back to your original payment method.

A note on digital products

Our guides are delivered instantly as digital downloads, so there’s nothing to return. Because the content is yours to keep the moment you download it, we may decline repeated refund requests across multiple purchases where there’s a clear pattern of downloading and refunding. This is rare and we’ll always be reasonable.
